We are a passion project aimed at improving the performance and longevity of agents in the change sector. Through coaching, mentorship and knowledge transfer, we endeavour to unlock their highest potential.

Our holistic approach utilises

Movement, Recovery, Nutrition, Breathwork and Meditation.

OUR JOURNEY

Over a decade of athletic experience combined with the pursuit of seeking the connection between the mind and body led to the birth of this initiative by our founder.

 

We are actively seeking to find innovative methods and like-minded collaborators to continue providing our services for free to those in the change sector

MISSION

We believe those in the change and impact sector are involved in the pertinent task of building a brighter future. We provide these agents of change with holistic coaching regarding health, fitness and wellness to maximise their performance and longevity.

THEORY OF CHANGE

Our aim is to set forth a shift in perception regarding the wellbeing of change agents to sustain and elevate the impact of their work. Our vision is to inspire younger generations to place an emphasis on their personal wellbeing practices.
